MONTHLY VOLUNTEER INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Give prizes such as certificates, baskets, gifts, etc for

CASA’s incentive program for volunteers.

CASA wants to recognize volunteers for their hours of service and miles driven to help abused and neglected children.  CASA will draw the name of one volunteer each month to receive an incentive prize.

 

• This sponsorship requires only one incentive gift per month. 
• The same gifts may be given each month for twelve months.

VOLUNTEER DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Own a business or have a community service minded boss?  Allow CASA Volunteers a minimum 10% discount anytime they patron your business/place of employment when they show their CASA Volunteer name badge. 

• Discount programs run for one year and can begin in January or July. 
• It is the business’s responsibility to provide exclusions, limitations, or restrictions.

CASA FLEX FUND

Earn hearts according to sponsorship chart

Make a donation specially earmarked for CASA’s special Flex Fund.

Flex Funds are used in rare instances to assist children and families when no other resources are available through the state or in the community.

ANNUAL PLEDGE

Make an annual pledge for your chosen amount in one year or for a defined number of years.

For example:  The Cherokee Nation gives 22^nd Judicial District CASA $5000* per year each year.

*Donations of $10,000 or more in annual pledges will receive a diamond heart for each year of sponsorship.    

  For example, a $10,000 pledge for three consecutive years would be a Triple Diamond Sponsor.

Payne County CASA Mikki Couch Scholarship

Donate funds to this special scholarship designed to support one abused & neglected teen each year who attends college or vocational school.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS

The highest sponsorship that can be achieved is a 5 Diamonds Sponsorship of $10,000 pledged for five consecutive years.  A one time donation of $50,000 automatically achieves 5 Diamonds Sponsorship for year in which donation is made.

• Sponsorship levels will be compiled by fiscal year (July1-June 30).
• Sponsors will be recognized at an annual appreciation party.
• Sponsors will receive receipts for their donations/sponsorships at their request.
• Sponsors will be recognized in local media at least once during the year.
• Fundraiser sponsors/underwriters will provide logos to be printed in fundraising media.
• Donations below $250 do not qualify for sponsorship hearts and will be recognized with thank you notes & a donation announcement in the CASA Minute (quarterly newsletter).

Sponsorships are not a requirement to be a CASAngel. CASAngels may support CASA in any manner they so choose.
